How much ram can my HP Pavilion a705w support? - hp pavilion
I tried searching, but there are sites that say it can take up to 2 GB of RAM, and other sites that say they can have up to 1 GB of RAM. It is a different team, "HP Pavilion A705w (Walmart exclusive or otherwise)" and says he could support up to 2 GB of RAM. Is it my computer only supports up to 1 GB or another? I am confused?

Since apparently there are several variants of this model with different capacities to a maximum of RAM, I recommend to the Crucial website and run the system in this area. It checks your system and tell you exactly what is installed and upgrades. They include the price of memory, which can be compared to other vendors.

Manufacturer's website says that 1 GB of RAM is more than welcome. 1 GB of RAM is pretty low by today's standards, many programs use more resources than before. Frankly, this is another model that has 2 GB and up to 4 GB or more, you can have breathing room to keep for the future. 2GB is usually enough for most normal users.
